The popular design of the Stradivarius Series is combined with the #72 taper bell that has a fast taper to produce a warmer sound that is less resistant than the standard #37 taper. The 180S72 also features a #25 standard leadpipe for a centered tone. These two features combine to produce a trumpet that is well suited for solo or orchestral work. The Sterling Plus bell offers a seamless construction that creates a full complement of overtones for a focused sound the greater projection.
