Do I have to enter my payment information to get a total on shipping?A:
Orders are charged separate shipping rates, which are calculated in your shopping cart once you enter your zip code or country in the checkout process. Don't worry, you will NOT need to give us your credit card information to see your shipping totals.Q:
Are all of your items listed on your site on your showroom floor?A:
We wish we could have every item in every color from every manufacturer in the store all the time. We will stock the things we find neat and stock changes all the time.Q:
Are your items floor models or new in the box?A:
All new items sold on our web site are new in the box items. We do not sell floor demos unless the item is listed as one. All of our used items are on our showroom floor. We also run clearance deals on our new showroom floor stuff so be sure to check that section often.Q:
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?A:
If the item is discontinued you will not be charged for the item and the order canceled.
If the manufacture or warehouse is awaiting a shipment of the item you have ordered you have an option. You can place item(s) on back order with a new estimated delivery date or cancel. You will not be charged until we receive a response from you concerning your purchase. If we do not hear from you in 48 hours the order will automatically be canceled so check your e-mail. If you agree to wait for you item then All Orders canceled by purchaser after 48 hours will receive store credit only.

When can I expect my order?A:
Most orders will ship to the customer in the time stated on the item's page. There are instances when our shipping times become delayed due to warehouse delays, inspection, address verification issues or weather conditions. We do not ship products over weekends or holidays. Those days are NOT included in shipping estimates.Q:
Do you drop ship items directly from the manufacturer?A:
We NEVER drop ship any musical instrument we sell. We personally inspect and setup every one to ensure the customer always gets an item ready to play. Some items may drop ship from the manufacturer/distributor that do not need to be inspected such as accessories, cases, drums, electronics, lighting, etc.Q:
Do your prices or specs change?A:
Unfortunately prices and specs are subject to change at the manufacturer’s discretion.Q:
What is your return policy?A:
All sales are final. Damaged items will be swapped for the original item or issued store credit. Customer must return the item in its original packaging. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The customer will need to call us prior to returning the item for a return authorization number.
For security reasons all orders must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card that was used for purchase. International Sales may use PayPal for purchases. Any order made with PayPal will only ship to the PayPal CONFIRMED address.Q:
