You're guaranteed the lowest price from SaintFishy's Music Stand. Period. If at any time within 30 days of your purchase from us, you find the identical item in stock and advertised by any other authorized dealer at a price lower than what you paid, SaintFishy's Music Stand will fully protect you. Just bring in that dealer's ad, along with your original SaintFishy's Music Stand receipt, and we'll gladly refund you 100% of the difference, plus another 10% of the difference in store credit. We will also do the same for you at the time of purchase. We will match our own lower price if we advertise it for less than you paid within 30 days of your purchase.
For purposes of this offer, an "authorized U.S. dealer" includes only bona fide online or bricks and mortar retailers whose business is the sale of first quality musical instruments, equipment and accessories which are authorized by substantially all of the manufacturers whose items they sell, including the item at issue. Item must be advertised in a local or national paper, internet, magazine or catalogue by an authorized U.S. dealer. Discontinued merchandise, gray market merchandise, merchandise on which any identification codes or numbers have been removed or defaced, demo and exclusive models, floor samples, factory seconds, open box items, limited quantity items, closeouts, bundles, misprints, auctions and auction sites, rebates or deferred savings, outlet center items, free or promotional items, vintage and used merchandise, shipping and taxes are all exempt. We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matched items. Photocopies of ads or receipts will not be accepted as verification.
Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: When is the order I placed shipped to me?
A: Most orders will ship to the customer in the time stated on the item's page. There are instances when our shipping times become delayed due to availability or warehouse delays. You will be notified if it looks like the item cannot ship within it's stated time. We do not ship products over weekends or holidays. Those days are NOT included in shipping estimates.
Q: Do I have to enter my payment information to get a total on shipping?
A: Orders under $50.00 or international orders are charged discounted shipping rates, which are calculated in your shopping cart once you enter your zip code or country in the checkout process. Don't worry, you will
NOT need to give us your credit card information to see your shipping totals.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. EXCHANGES may be made up to 14 days after customer receives the item. Store credit will be issued for all approved exchanges/refunds. Damaged items will be swapped for the original item or issued store credit. Customer must return the item in its original packaging. Customer will be responsable for all shipping charges. The customer will need to call us prior to returning the item for a return authorization number.
Q: Are all of your items listed on your site in stock?
A: We wish we could have every item in every color from every manufacturer in stock all the time. We do try to stock ample amounts of our top sellers in our showroom. Sometimes the manufacturer will be out of stock on an item and we will receive it as soon as it is available again.
Q: Do you drop ship items directly from the manufacturer?
A: We NEVER drop ship any item. We personally inspect and setup every item to ensure the customer always gets an item ready to be used right when the customer opens the box.
Q: Can I combine items in an order to save money on shipping?
A: Any total order over $50.00 without shipping will ship free inside the lower 48 continental U.S. states. It does not matter if we have to send the items in 1, 2, 3 boxes or more. All other orders will be packaged to save the customer as much as possible on shipping charges.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives broken?
A: All items ship with full coverage insurance. If you receive a damaged item please contact us and we will inform the customer how we will handle the claim.
Q: Are you a real store or only a mail order house?
A: We are a real store with real experts. Our showroom is located at 2965 N. Germantown Rd. #107, Bartlett, TN 38133. We encourage everyone to stop by our showroom if they visit Memphis, TN.
Q: Are your items floor models or new in the box?
A: All new items sold on our web site are new in the box items. We do not sell floor demos unless the item is listed as one. All of our used items are on our showroom floor.
Q: What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
A: If the item is discontinued you will not be charged for the item and the order cancelled. The manufacture may be awaiting a shippment of the item you have orderded. These items can be placed on backorder with a new estimated delivery date. We will contact you and decided what option works for your purchase.

All international orders ship USPS only. International shipping charges are based on USPS Priority Mail.
